This company keeps salaries down and make employees work hard. It’s slow and a bit backwards. I’ve met several unprofessional leaders.

New reorganisation every year to meet the decreased revenue and leaving customers. Leadership is a disaster, does not understand what we are doing. Yearly pay raise of 0,5% all the 6 years I was at the company.
