      Business area Organisation and Leadership is high end. Hybrid, flexible work, great leadership, interesting projects. Great learning curve.

      This company keeps salaries down and make employees work hard. It’s slow and a bit backwards. I’ve met several unprofessional leaders.

      Trying hard to come up with anything.

      New reorganisation every year to meet the decreased revenue and leaving customers. Leadership is a disaster, does not understand what we are doing. Yearly pay raise of 0,5% all the 6 years I was at the company.
