First of all a lot of politics so if you have a different view and ideas than someone who has a senior position you won't have a chance to be promoted,, to receive a pay rise or be recognised in the company. Secondly, please be aware that this company has a lot discrimination cases. Even when you are on a maternity and you have rights to be informed about the new positions in your team, this company doesn't even bother to let you know about it and promoted someone with less experience than you- no valid explanation why this happened. They don't value people with good skills and senior managements only care about themselves not employees! Don't believe when they tell you about career progression and development- their grades are fake and HR is not helpful at all. They don't want to help you and they lie that there are no issues in this company. All good people have left the business due to this situation- there is a huge rotation in all departments apart form HR.....
