Feizy is owned by John Feizy, who is no doubt very successful and has built a strong, booming business. However he did it with a vast array of family and company men/women. If you aren't related to them or a family friend, you will be hard pressed to get ahead. There are people there who are horribly under qualified for the job they have and it shows, but are allowed to keep it due to nepotism. And the benefits are downright draconian. Your first year gets you NO PTO OR VACATION. Oh wait, not true, you earn a day per quarter, so hope you never have to take off more than a day every three months. After that, a measly five days are given to you.
