Fello is quite possibly one of the most mis-managed places I've ever worked. The communication is haphazard at best. Overheard multiple conversations by staffers that certainly shed a new light on what this "non-profit" ACTUALLY stands for. Suffer through multiple day long training sessions that have nothing to do with your actual job title or position. A morally corrupt organization that purports to be something else. Run dont walk away from this place.
