      Top down management in a high pressure toxic environment with very poor work life balance. Uncertainity created by multiple rounds of redundancies in a year. Immature and rude behaviour from peers and management

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
