Working 60+ hours a week (and mostly every Saturday for up to a month) and not getting properly paid for your overtime or effort. I worked 45 hours overtime in a pay period, and was paid out to $5 an hour for those hours… they were dishonest about the time off for holidays, they let the sales team walk all over the service team, and dishonestly communicate to and manipulate customers every day. You are giving the bare minimum of equipment and the CEO would rather make the job harder than invest in his employee’s equipment. They say you work around 25-30 hours during the winter to make up for working your butt off from May-November, but that is also a dishonest statement because the average was around 35-45. I’ve worked for a few pest control companies, this one promised a lot to me, and then didn’t live up to them.
