They are a great company with a lot of opportunities for growth. Ferguson starts training in the warehouse to counter to inside to outside to whatever you're hired for. Working with this type of customers is very laid back and never a dull moment.

Svantaggi

Their system is really hard to get a hang of. Everything has a different code and you have to memorize it. It takes a long time to finally get the hang of it, so people get frustrated if they have to wait a long time.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
