Good benefits, adequate pay, annual bonuses (if you're salaried)

Svantaggi

Impossible to get promoted unless you're in the right clique. Treats their employees as numbers. HR doesn't help employees and only regurgitates basic information easily found on their intranet when asked questions or presented with concerns. The company encourages employees to branch out and try other roles, but if the new role isn't a perfect fit, they resort to terminating the employee instead of allowing them to move back to their old role.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
