-Definitely a fun environment with coworkers -You get to learn all the facets of the business -They fly you to Virginia for Ferguson Indoctrination with employees across the country, full of activities and bonding time -A lot of opportunity to experiment with promotions your way, being creative

-My position was hourly, so taking a vacation hurt you -Minimum 50 hour work week (I didn't mind it, but some might) -Little lower of a salary starting off, but still room for advancement -Sometimes overwhelmed with responsibility if they trust you, have to teach yourself sometimes
