Great group around you whether at your branch or the next. Patient team, very solid management if you're in the right trade group. Amazing vacation accrual. Great place for a young person to build a career.

Long work hours, 9 hour minimum days. Work life balance can be non existent depending on your team size. Learning an entire trade can be daunting. You will make a lot of mistakes for the first year or two.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
