      I've been with Ferrara for over a year now and am extremely happy with my decision. Ferrara is a fast-paced, exciting, and diverse place with a lot to offer its employees. Even in a little over a year's time, I have been able to see the direct impacts of my work and how it has helped my function and the organization as a whole move forward. There are endless opportunities for growth (special projects, leadership exposure, etc.) and a collaborative group of colleagues that make the day-to-day enjoyable.

Week to week performance reviews of the business, leading to substandard results in market and serious risk of long term underperformance
