We're sad to hear that this was your experience at Festicket. We're a really fast growing start-up, so unfortunately, chaos is not always preventable. But it also means that there are lots of chances to learn and rise through the ranks quickly for talented people!
We've had some amazing people join our the executive level, including Marie, our CMO. We agree, that the C-level is mainly male dominated, but we're very proud of our 50/50 split among all staff, which is really rare for a company with a strong focus on tech! We also have a lot of amazing women in leadership positions in middle management.
Training is definitely something we're looking at improving and we have some exciting things kicking off in the next few months :)
