Use to work on good technologies. Was a good company for freshers 2 years back ,but now its a crappy company with NO work. all there projects are going to other companies, since they dont have the money to execute them.

Many: They hire freshers with a bond period of 3 years and bond amount of Rs. 1 Lakh, that too on low salaries of 2 lakh Rs. if you leave the company before that you have to pay it. Thats how they keep the leash on people. There HR dept. is really crappy, dont know how to talk to people. The upper management has people unfit to do there job. They dont pay salaries on time.
