They are cheaters. Dont sign on any document, even if they say its general terms. They will harass you if you ever think of leaving the company and will eat your hard earned salary. They never bother to do full and final settlement and will pressurize you to work even if your health or your family condition is not well. They will promise performance bonus on package and throughout the year make all their effort just to realize that you are not performing well and you have to work overtime and weekends to get bonus, but worst is at the end of year will never provide any bonus stating that client is not happy with our work. Why the company is running then, if client are always unhappy? Just to eat peoples salary? They will show off that they are 5 days working, but reality is that they want you to work more than 10 hours a day and all weekends/holidays as well. If you go against that , then will threaten you to cut 3 days salary against 1 leave. They are expert in using people for their benefit. There is no work timings. You cant think of your personal life once you join this company.
