Owner and vice president/HR lead are a married couple, and the upper management team is composed of the owners' friends. Some of them appear to work hard and are competent, others seem to be doing significantly less work. They are all salaried. The environment can be relaxed and casual at times because the Plant Manager is a huge stoner. Now personally I have no issue with this, but the fact that forklifts are being driven around by those under the influence may be a safety concern for some.

Pay is decent *for the industry*

Poor communication and management, flagrant safety hazards that go ignored. You will be overworked and undervalued. Not a fun brewery to be part of.
