The training for those entering the recruiting industry is excellent. You'll have the support you need as you transition and move up. They also have managers that don't act like drones and beat you down if you don't meet certain KPI's. They understand the changing landscape.
The CEO is an idiot, and has no idea what he is doing. Before the merger, the company was moving in the right direction. However, they decided to bring on a new CEO who cares more about sounding cool then establishing a profitable company.
The salary is low, and commission structure is even lower.
