I have never worked somewhere that everything, literally everything is tracked and used against you. Click this, click that, ok not good enough. Product push no matter what anyone says or what they make us tell clients, WE MUST SELL PRODUCT, including product that repeatedly underperforms but makes Fidelity so much money.
