I have been at Field for less than a year but can definitely say that anyone not working here is missing out. Field has the strongest and most positive culture that I've been a part of. Not to mention major success as a business and sharing that success with all team members. What other company takes the whole team to Cancun as recognition for achieving a major long-term sales goal?? Communication is clear and effective, the work environment is pleasant, the leadership team is strong, team members actually have fun at work and enjoy each other's company, we celebrate success together.... on and on. Like someone else said, usually your own attitude has an impact on how you feel and react to work, so consider that as you read other reviews....
