If you're considering working at Fieldware, please read the recent reviews carefully. Management is terrible and completely biased, making the place feel like a circus with no real direction or fairness. The workload is crushing and the expectations are way out of touch with reality. You're treated more like equipment than a person, with no raises, no incentives, and zero room for growth no matter how hard you try. The demands never stop, and the lack of respect wears you down quickly. Every concern gets brushed off, and you end up stuck in the same spot until you decide to walk away. Worst employer I've ever had, stay far far away.
