A multiple "focus" is no Focus at all. Changing Retail banking enviroment ( traffic) has driven the licensed personal banker out of the office to chase business, while any realtionship building of current clients is left to the CSR, FSR, PB or the (FCM's who never get out of the office to seek business ) only to attend another meeting. Yet the unreasonable widget goals remained, and KPI point attainment loomed. The values of those points had been severely reduced over the last year or so as well. An LPBi widget goal should be reduced to a more reasonable level, and emphasize the Investment goal.
