I love banking, but am disappointed with this corporation. - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Fifth Third

I can't remember the last time fifth third has shared something positive they were going to do for their employees. All I hear about is cutback after cutback. A year ago the position I'm in now was salary, and there were 3 part time tellers and 1 full time teller. Now my job is hourly & I have 1 full time teller & 1 part time teller--but am still expected to complete the same amount of tasks...for less money & with less help. It's kind of like a slap in the face.
