      A unique collection of great talent with some of the best directors in the industry. A good family atmosphere with a geniue and inspiring management team. True to their values and ambitions.

      Not many at all. During my time, their flat management structure made the opportunities for career progression more limited than in a traditional studio structure. Saying that that was also one of their biggest strengths.

      Most people at 59 are kind and great to work with, aside from a few exceptions within senior leadership.

      Over 10% of the workforce was made redundant, largely as a result of both current and historical commercial strategy and performance challenges. Since the acquisition by Journey, the business has continued to face profitability issues. There are also some widely accepted agency norms and best practices that certain senior leaders have been unwilling or slow to adopt.
