Even if you talk to an employee for 5 minutes, that much is evident! Interesting work-- Fig's business model is a unique private-public partnership since the company itself is a for-profit but the technology benefits the public sector like non-profits, churches and other community organizations. Fig is truly at the forefront of expanding financial services to low income Americans which means that every day you come into work, you do something meaningful and impactful! Flexible-- Senior management is really flexible with time-off. If you need it, you can take it!
