They will work with you if you're willing to work for them. Everything is easy and if you show up and do the work you will have no problems. They expect you to work, that's why you're there. There's only drama if you put yourself in it and everyone becomes like family. Has been my favorite company to work for!

They expect you to work yourself to the bone, while they leave to go home everyday. •
