Excellent company to work for. It's mission of making the world safer, healthier and more productive is real. We see every day how we and the company are making a difference in people's lives. The company culture is real as they value trust, bias for action and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is mostly a decentralized environment where you are free to make impactful decisions without the bureaucracy of other large companies. People are valued and there have been many favorable actions over the last few years to improve the working conditions and pay particularly for the hourly workforce.
