alot of cons ! worst managers, management, hr. they don't care about your wellbeing or health. give you over your tasks.. you dont meet your tasks mark your considered weak or not able to manage. worst managers don't even care about how much task your able to handle. alot of miscommunication, tons of arguments. very toxic. constant multitasking which cause high escalations.
