Compensation, promotions, and whether you get laid-off will have nothing to do with your performance. NOTHING. The execs are evaluated by Vista based on the how many offices they close and how many jobs they move overseas.The #1,2,3 goals are to get someone to buy our phony story, take their money, and run ASAP. They could care less about the long-term damage.
