      free wheeling, open to adventure, plenty of opportunity to make mistakes unimpeded by management Great shop layout adequate equipment for most projects

      Svantaggi

      No management support. Little direction until too late. Abusive C-level management. Lack of company goals other than keep ownership from complaining. C-level not engaged or particularly interested except in getting money from customer.

      Great bosses and coworkers. Management was easy to talk to, and the working conditions were top notch. I’d still work there if it wasn’t for the 2-2-3 scheduled. Pays great too.
