The company does not have adequate facilities for employees and expects from employees to work a lot...sometimes you have to work even on weekends...Being part of Prism Team which is the AI & Data Team of the company, it was a decent experience overall, the employees were supportive only sometimes and rest you need to handle the work yourself. Personally, I believe some time should be given for interns to process and complete their task. But even the deadline to complete the task was given short. Also, there is no provision of AI tools here, you need to purchase subscription by your own money for company usage. The company also does not inform someone early to leave the organization if one's performance is not good, they'll inform the employee 2-3 days before the date of leaving organisation.
