From lower to upper level management. -Great employees could be easily held back by bad situation in store or poorly located shop. -Associate position may never break min. wage (even with commission) -Consistently bad personnel decisions -Associates may have become too aggressive with commission change. Actually can be counter productive driving away guests -Work environment may tend to become unprofessional
