      I think some of the best things about working here is the team atmosphere where anyone is willing to help you if needed, and the sense of friendship you have with everyone you work with. I also think that in the financial services industry that this company is unique because of the collaboration that exists between advisors, and the company/people caring as much as they do with your success as an advisor.

      Starting in the financial services industry requires a lot of your time being spent at work, and it is not any different here. This is not a con about Finity Group, but rather the industry as a whole.

      They don't make advisors cold call or work with friends and family. They have a proven marketing system geared towards medical community and are working on the same thing currently with the tech industry.

      The people on the low to mid levels are great people to work with

      The executive level team is a mixed bag, with HR being run like a Junior High where you are screwed if you're not part of "the in crowd"
