I loved my coworkers and the products

Very low pay and very high stress. Almost impossible to build a career as they rather hire outside, no working your way up. They expect you to be happy just because you get to work for them. You are expected to be thankful for having a job, They do not thank you for your contributions.

Leadership ks not good, processes are lacking
