Good Place to work at.

Pay is not very good.

I had a highly rewarding internship experience at Finoa. The company provided me with the opportunity to work on meaningful tasks that genuinely contributed to the company's growth. Being part of projects where my contributions made a difference was incredibly fulfilling and allowed me to tackle challenges I hadn't encountered before. This not only benefited the company but also significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. They also offered flexible working arrangements that meets up to different preferences, including remote, hybrid, and on-site setups. This flexibility made it easier to balance work and personal life, ensuring that I could perform at my best. The team at Finoa is incredibly collaborative, with everyone working closely together. Colleagues are always willing to help, offer feedback, and are eager to learn from one another. This supportive environment made it easy to develop my skills and feel like a valued member of the team. My supervisor was not only an excellent leader but also a dedicated mentor. She consistently provided valuable insights and guidance, helping me navigate complex projects and understand the nuances of working in a regulated environment. Her support played a significant role in my development, both professionally and personally, as I gained a deeper understanding of leadership and grew more confident in my abilities. This experience has given me a strong foundation and prepared me for future challenges in the industry.

The only area I believe could benefit from improvement is the Finoa Crypto Academy. While it’s a great initiative, I think it could be further developed to include more courses and offer deeper insights into various areas of the crypto industry. Expanding the academy in this way would provide even greater value to those looking to deepen their knowledge!
