If you don't know Finnish, it's difficult to mingle with coworkers and there are very few of non-Finnish speaker in the company. Also because of budget issue, position might be temporary or project based.

Good working atmosphere, talented colleagues and middle management, engaged and multicultural team, being a Nordic company well being of employess is well valuated.

Compensation is not very competitive, few chances for non-finns to grow in the organization, high management seems to be less prepared than middle managment.
