Great boss, great runs, little downtime.

As per usual, sometimes there is a bad dispatcher. So try to work around them.

Great pay, I'm home all the time, really nice trucks, just all around awesome. The dispatchers are all really nice, management is great, and with enough advance, they will give you time off, even if you don't have any vacation time. Also, its a monday through friday job. They may ask you to work once in a blue moon on a saturday or sunday, but rarely happens.

None really... With any trucking job, long hours, and irregular schedule, but thats about it.
