Some people doesn’t suit the environment What i think is there are certain personalities which are fixed in our mind when we hear of a post’s name nobody in general can be a HR or any supervisor. The lack of professionalism (in lesser instances)in the hierarchy reflects. But this does not matter that much because everybody has their own circle . But a person who will just join the company can have a thought of “what sort of organisation is this?” But after they continue they will get to know more and more good people The first interactions are a big disappointment.(personal experience)
