There is no room for career growth. If you’re seeing any positive remarks it’s basically from India trying to make them look good when really It is a crappy place to work at. You don’t get raises and they don’t give promotions even if you are at the top. The owner is a greedy who only looks after himself. So don’t believe the positive comments that you see on this site .It is unorganized environment completely unhealthy. you can never find management They double the load on you and yet you don’t get paid for that extra amount of work.My advice to management is if you want to keep your employees he might want to start appreciating them by giving them raises or a career advancement like a promotion otherwise you’re just gonna keep rehiring over and over again. No one stays there for too long they always have to rehire every single month because of how they treat their employees. Management is always late and never on time.
