      I've had experience working in companies that don't value their employees and my experience here has been the complete opposite! The team is extremely encouraging of personal growth and is always open to working on things that need to be improved. I've never felt safer at a job and I'm always excited to come in every day and build new skills!

      There may be times when things can push you very fast towards getting out of your comfort zone and learning quickly but the employees are always helpful through it all and it's personally helped me build my skillset rapidly.

      Company is great. Cares a lot, cool products, tons of growth. Team is really nice and they're passionate about health and wellness. 99% remote so a lot of flexibility, you're not micromanaged on your time. Still small enough where you have lots of impact and get a lot done. Leadership is surprisingly competent.

      There are a lot of questions if you're making mistakes. Not much process in place so can feel chaotic. I left because the hours were too much but I miss it sometimes just because the team was great. Wish I saw people more in person too, remote can feel isolating. I get the sense most of the team works a ton.
