The Management Team is extremely approachable and their open door policy allows for employees to speak to a member of Senior Management at any time - their door is always open. I appreciate having a manager who is engaged and has a calming personality which makes me feel very comfortable in my role at First Empire. Positive points: Never Micro-Managed.
