The most friendly and respectful group of people I've encountered at a company. Strong culture of collaboration. CEO is accessible to every employee. Paid volunteer days and a strong commitment to giving back to the community. Good benefits. Very positive team spirit and happy clients make it an enjoyable work experience.

Sometimes processes are slow to change or get updated, somewhat expected since this is a bank that has been around nearly 100 years. There needs to be better internal communication about what other departments are doing so everyone is in sync.

Everyone is gossiping about each other all of the time. When bringing this up to my supervisor, they said that work is not for friendship. Management takes credit for any work that the employees do and are constantly BCC'ing senior management in their emails.
