There are opportunities to do networking with peers from other managed care representatives. Since there’s a lot of work, you learn to do different tasks.

Onboarding process and training is mediocre at best. They don’t have the heart to teach you thoroughly. If you want to learn, it’s on you all the way. Seriously lacking organization starting from management all the way to the down. They don’t seem to care of the employees below their level. Company policies are outdated.

Very organized and by the book.

Too much bureaucracy and control, not flexible enough to reach full potential.
