      Very stable company. The CEO is always available to talk, I appreciate the open door policy.

      There are no annual reviews so you do not know where your performance stands. If you do get a review more than likely you will not get a raise

      It is a very relaxed work environment and you are given the freedom to handle your work load with out having a manager breathing down your throat. Its a family business so you are able to connect with the top executives and it really feels like a close nit family. They are also very accommodating with your personal life and willing to adapt to your schedule if able.

      I feel like the pay is mediocre at best and I feel like that is a common theme company wide. The benefits could be much better as well.
