The majority of the people employed here are pleasant and smart. CEO is nice but intense.

After a few years here, these are my observations: Compensation is just too low. You could work here for a decade and still make the same as an entry-level role elsewhere. Heavy culture of favoritism. Easy contract work given to former employees at rates significantly higher than internal salaries. You have to where a name tag, and uniform, despite being in a back-office role. I have never seen that before. Not really an issue I just thought it was very strange. High turnover rate. FSCU struggles to attract and retain talent. Competent employees leave once they find better options.
