Renovating older houses, improving neighborhoods, and providing quality homes for families is very rewarding. Innovation is encouraged throughout the organization. The investors are committed to growing the company and continue to bring in talent to support the expansion. There is a culture of continuous improvement.

      Large scale property management can be a grind at times, but this is the same across many other companies. Some very likeable people have been let go as the business grew beyond their individual capacity.
