At FirstKey Homes, we have what we like to consider a rapidly growing work environment in that, as we quickly grow as a company, we quickly grow as employees as well. And with any company that is growing rapidly, a fast paced work environment comes with it. We understand that it may not be for everyone and I am sorry you feel the way you feel as a result of this.
