Most of the fellow cleaners and security staff are good people; and honest workers

Low pay which is often shorted, the cleaners are treated like second class citizens (not invited to staff events), have to deal with angry residents because the company refuses to do any repairs, scheduling is all over the place, called in on scheduled days off, have to work holidays due to an exemption in the labor code

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
