Leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen in any industry. They don’t lead or guide, they focus on your negatives and refuse to acknowledge any of the management and corporate teams shortcomings in the market. With only a few tweaks could quadruple sales and company profit. ZERO loyalty here to anyone. Act like they care about their employees well being when in reality they only care about the bottom line and managements shrewd advancement regardless of who it effects. They will constantly preach the “Fischer experience” and going “above and beyond” for their clients to create an exceptional experience when in reality they do absolutely nothing different from anyone else in the industry. They will not budge an inch to accommodate any clients special needs or requests even when something is their own fault they put it back on the sales team or the customer. They will ruthlessly screw anyone over at any time. If you’re selling, you can do no wrong, even if you lie to customers.

Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

Svantaggi

Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
