Pushy managers, horrible training, worst schedule and crap work morale. Since I have worked at Fiserv for about almost a year from day one I felt like I was under surveillance every minute and constantly lived in fear that they would end my employment at any chance they would get. The people who work at this call center know someone who knows someone from other places. If you like a prison like call center, then work here.
