HR and their policies are BIG JOKE in India While hiring you, they show you the Fiserv Inc. Fact Sheet, which in reality nothing to do with Fiserv-India. Full of favoritism on basis of cast, region, college and previous company. HR is just for name sake to do the administrative and command accepting team from Manager and above, they look like puppet of manager and above post people. Policies are just for name sake, if you are favorite and you have GOD FATHER then nothing applicable to you. GM and above is good for nothing, very very few understands the meaning of leadership, rest full of crape - Team lead from Infosys or TCS are much proactive, smart and hard working then many GM in Fiserv-India. I don't know why so many GM is needed to waste company's money. I can go on and on... but in nutshell, Fiserv-India runs like Fish Market.
